I'm just commencing my own US platoon in winter clothing (albeit in 28mm), and these are both gorgeous and an inspiration.

Not too many of your Australians will need snow bases!

:lol:

(Only my saying that reminds me that my mother in law's first meeting with Australian troops in WW2 was when a group of them started tearing down the picket fence of her parents' home in the mountains of Lebanon in order to make some skis for a bit of recreational shenanigans in the snow there. She fell in love with "the big laughing men" and set her mind there and then to eventually live where they came from.)
