Doug lives in Dundee which is a fair bit away from Edinburgh. What are you wanting to ask about?

Best way from airport to accom, reliable car hire? That sort of thing.

Thought he may have spent some time in Ed recently.

Derek, are you attending Claymore? I will wear one of my Lard shirts.

No real idea about car hire, but all the usual suspects are at the airport and there are alternatives away from the airport that might be cheaper. Public transport into the city centre is excellent, buses or tram. Or you could take an (expensive) airport taxi.

Best choice of transport would depend on the time of day you are arriving and the location of your accommodation.

Contact me at dmchodge(at)gmail.com if I can help with anything else.

Yes I'll be at Claymore. I'll be wearing a reflective vest to mark me out as one of the organisers. :-)

Derek, will that be the vest with all the sequins on it? That's what you wore last time for something ... 'reflective'. :-)
You're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!
