trouble downloading "old Hickory".

Post by mgluteus »

I bought Old Hickory but when I tried to download it I received the error message: "File Damaged, unable to open" or some such wording. How do I reboot to download my product?
Thanks

You have 3 downloads available to you. Just try again.

I presume you got an email when you purchased the pdf, there is a link in the email to sign into your TFL account. Check your account, you have 3 chances to download in I think 48 hours. If they are expired then you will have to contact Rich directly.

Good luck, John

The only "e-mail" I got was the invoice aknowledging my purchase. It had a "download" on it - now it does not - here is what I get There are two options on downloading your file:
Simply click the download button and the PDF will be down loaded and opened for viewing in a new browser tab, do not forget to save this file befoe closing the tab (or your browser)
Right click on the Download button, and choose one of the following dependent on your browser type: "Save link as", "Download linked file" or "Save Target as",

Item Name File Size Filename Link Expires Remaining
Old Hickory 8.81 MB abbayeblanche.pdf 03/23/2015 0

I can't "click " on anything here to download!

The zero after the date indicates that you have ran out of downloads. Clearly this is an error so I would email Rich about it.

Meanwhile - what browser are you using?

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS:

I've alerted Rich to the couple of problems - he will be home later this afternoon and will sort everything out then.

Kind regards,

Thanks
I have AOL on Internet Explorer. I had no problem downloading "29 lets go" or "at the sharp end".

Afternoon chaps/ Just this miniutye got back from Durham. I've reset Dick's downloads for him. I'm not sure what happened there.

I have had one other email saying that they've had a problem I have also emailed htta file out. If anyone has a problem, please just send me an email via the web site and I'll sort it straight away.
