I thought we were getting a full playthrough on Lard TV of a game with Dave Brown. Was rather hoping for General d’Armee, but guess I’ll settle for O Group.

I am intrigued by the concept of "O Group." I think the mechanics looks really interesting and build on the strengths of GdA and PC. Sadly, I am not about to start collecting and painting WW2 stuff in another scale/basing style. This looks like one of those games I'll have to pitch to someone else so I can play it. :)

Most Lardy rules are fairly tolerant of basing style, and I’d be extremely surprised if they don’t work with 1/72 and 1/76 scale models, even if it means using the same groundscale as 15mm. They will probably work too with 28mm using the standard COC sabot basing, except of course you’ll need a lot more figures and models and a larger table!

I think you would need a big table for a battalion game in 28mm.
Might be better off with 6 mm?

This is intriguing me to no ends... my paras and commandos in 15mm might eventually get painted and see the table!
