Have you considered the various CDS card sets available on the print-on-demand service artscow*? They are listed here:

*Disclaimer: I created one of these sets but there are others too. In any case no money whatsoever goes to the designer of any artscow item as far as I know.

The international postage on the cards can be a bit discouraging but just wait for a free P&P deal that Artscow do every so often and you'll save a fortune.
