I think you’ll find those are Rich’s figures painted and based specifically for O Group.They are 12mm Plastic Soldier Company figures on bases and movement trays from Wrbases, I seem to remember the bases are 25mm

Remember you can activate them to move to a deployment/ambush point or zone to take them off the table. They are removed as soon as they contact the point.
