BLOODY BUCKET
Setting Up The Campaign (BLOODY BUCKET) "The US Player will have 6 platoons, one on each map!" OK. So my platoon on Map 2 lost as my opponent was able to probe the position behind me (which, by the way, was in a direction off to the NW -assuming the top of the map is N-near the single red ...

20mm JOPs
I need to replace lost or stolen JOPs (too many participation games at conventions) and would like more of what I had been using. These wee bought in 2014 or 2015 and had several versions! I have searched everywhere! - well not everywhere as I couldn't find them. Any suggestions would be greatly app...

Covering Fire
Covering fire markers are placed on terrain, not on troops according to the rules. My troops were in a building that was under covering fire - the covering fire markers were up against the building. The troops ran out of the building toward the enemy but well outside the placement of the covering fi...

Re: What are you modelling?
Both the figures and the terrain. Any items needed to keep track of the situation should look like part of the terrain too or so hard to see that one has to know where to look. Absolutely refuse to play with unpainted and unterrained bases but stop short of not using British troops with Belgic shako...

Re: How do you indicate special individual weapons?
I use small colored beads on the stands from arms length they are not visible bur are when close up. I use a larger stand for officers but the ranking and weapon are still indicated. Engineers use hexagonal stands. I use 20mm figures.

Re: Writing an AAR
Thanks for the input. I don't have a problem writing up the AAR, but appreciate the guideline as is is an excellent one to follow. I also take a lot of photos but am always amazed when someone reports that his opponent rolled two 6s a 5, 3 and a 1 or some such detail. If you are playing in a game, t...

Writing an AAR
There have been a multitude of well written, exciting AARs on this list. I would like to have the best authors discuss how they write their reports. Especially how do they keep track of the action throughout the game with out interrupting it any more than the necessary photo taking? I sometimes get ...

Re: Operation Martlet -Walls
Is this a good time to bring up my previous observation that their is a need for an Official Map key printed in each Pint Sized scenario? There is also the prayer that the Map key won't change from scenario to scenario except for new additions for terrain that had not been encountered before. Dick B...
