Re: Chain of Command at Cold Wars?

I'm pretty sure we are doing Saturday since some of our guys are running the Flames of War doubles on Friday, but we are finalizing everything tomorrow night. Right now I think we are running a couple of games out of 29, Lets Go!

Chain of Command at Cold Wars?

Folks, My gaming group is considering running a Chain of Command game at Cold Wars (March 5-8 in Lancaster, PA) and we thought we should ping the group to see if anyone else was planning on running a game there. The PEL deadline is December 12 so it might be good to de-conflict any games before that...

1/56 FT and Rolls Royce AC

Officially, it's a tanks of WW1 kickstarter, but the FT tank and Rolls Royce AC may interest Chain of Command players....

Re: Day of contrasts

Richard, A gentleman who I met through the FLGS and myself have played a pair of CoC games so far. We have both agreed that it is far and away the most interesting, engaging, and least "random" set of rules we've played so far. What I mean by that is neither of us have ever felt that we've been let...

Re: basing for 15mm figures

Pennies work great as individual bases. I was a bit leery of it myself but 15mm individually based has worked well in our games so far.

28mm Early War German Figure suggestions?

So, looks like I've gotten sucked into 28mm CoC due to the Winter War kickstarter. I'm so fracking weak! :D Anyone have any figure recommendations for Early War Germans to fight against the Soviets from this Kickstarter? Does anyone besides Warlord, Crusader and Foundry do Early Germans? (Note - I h...

Re: 28mm Winter War KS from Baker Company

Anyone have any figure recommendations for Early War Germans to fight against the Soviets from this Kickstarter? Does anyone besides Warlord, Crusader and Foundry do Early Germans? (Note - I have seen none of those in person, so nothing against any of them). Could the Perry DAK guys be built as Barb...

Re: Of game length, turn end, routing and mission 3

My guess is that it is a cut and paste error, but Rich or one of the playtesters will have to confirm that. I suspect that the victory conditions for mission 5 are what should be in there instead.

Re: Where can I buy a Vickers Armstrong MK B 1/56 scale tank

Force of Arms is the only source I know of and they are currently on production hiatus. However, it looks like the Wargames Command Post still has some available here:

Hope that helps!

Anyone working on 1939 Japanese?

I'd love to have these guys to complete the "armies the Soviets fought before Barbarossa" trilogy. I can start putting something together if no one else has claimed it. I can do a structure for Nomonhan, but am on far shakier ground dealing with Japanese forces in China. Can anyone help with that? T...
