Re: A consolidated book of army lists

I have said the same on many occasions and on the forum. Even if released by Richard himself there are to many versions of the same army that there is confusion. The lists on the Blog differ from the lists on the forum and all were released by Rich so help is needed and I know Rich is busy. I have ...

Re: Are some forces considered distasteful?

I've never encountered any rampant PC musings in regards to the SS here in Australia. Everyone here seems to know they were brutal, but in comparison to the Japs the Waffen SS were relatively tame (as long as you weren't from Eastern Europe). War is brutal guys. What we play is a game. Sure, discuss...

Re: Are some forces considered distasteful?

SS I have SS forces in 15mm, 20mm and 28mm. As fighting men or as a fighting formation they are pretty awesome. Brutal? Yes But so were the Heer,. And so were the FJ. I guess Soviets V SS is a real conundrum,.... You want REALLY Brutal,.. Japanese! Rape of Nankin anyone? Wargames focus on the action...

Re: A consolidated book of army lists

Hi guys Looking through the prism of a Wargamer in Britain I can understand why some would refer to tournament players as 'anchors',... Actually I can't, it seems really arrogant. But I digress. Britain is the size of a very tiny state here in Australia Tournament play here is not uber competitive,....

Re: Covering Fire

Tactically the covering fire should come from one direction whilst the actual assault goes in from another (ideally at right a angle) from said covering fire. As the rules are now I've no issue. Who assaults directly into the teeth of an enemy section or team anyway? Straight into LMGs! Good luck wi...

Re: Questions from Today's Game

On the second question
As a professional Gunner myself I would suggest he could either:
A. Cancel the mission.
B. (More likely) fire at FFE given he's witnessed the first adjusting round.

A consolidated book of army lists

Hi I know lists are free for download and that's awesome However there really isn't a swag to be had at present. Not a war winner as it's fairly easy to create your own but I was wondering how many would be happy to pay for a nicely produced book of lists (similar in presentation as the actual rules...
