Re: Troops on the crest of a hill! Hard Cover?

Hi guys
I've been reflecting quite a bit.
On second though,...
Personally, based on my experience I'd probably call it cover, not hard cover.
Just far too many variables.
Obviously we should spend a few minutes more on defining terrain benefits prior to the game
Cheers

Troops on the crest of a hill! Hard Cover?

Hi Guys I played a game today (Romanians V Panzer Grenadiers) The Romanians had a section on the crest of a hill firing down onto the Jerries behind a hedge. We classed the Romanians as being in hard cover (assuming they would be prone) and at the hill crest. What would you have classed them as? The...

Rule Book Force Ratings

Hi Guys
Sorry to be a pain but I understand that the platoon Force ratings in the CoC Rule Book are not correct or have been revised.
Could someone point me in the direction of what the actual correct Olatoon Force ratings?
Much appreciated.
Cheers

Panzerknackers! They carry,.... What again?

Hi Guys
So can anyone confirm what the 'Three Charges' tha Panzerknacker team carries are?
Are they Teller Mines, Compound Charges, Petrol and Grendaes, satchel charges or a case of mix and match as you wish?
Thanks in advance.

Adding dice together. Am I doing it right?

Hi Let's say I roll 2, 2, 1, 2, 2. I use the 2 to activate a Section I use the next 2 combined with a 1 to activate a Jnr Leader. Now! Can I combine the 2 and 2 to get a 3 and a 1 or is my only option is to have two 2s or a combine them to create a 4? I believe it's the latter because you can never ...

Distribution of P'Faust within a Platoon

Hi I know that P'Fuast are given to the Section Command for him to distribute as he sees fit, but are there other options? For example. A FJ Platoon has a total of 6 P'faust in the platoon (2 per squad) Is there anything preventing the Platoon Command ordering ALL 6 P'faust being massed in one Squad...

Is an ambushing weapon classed as having 'Moved'?

Hi guys I was running a game last night for a mate who is keen to play more CoC. He advanced a M24 Chaffee down a road and I utilised a CoC Die to initiate an Ambush with a Panzershreck. As I was going through step One I "subtracted 1 Firer moved in this phase" reasoning he had to move to get into t...
