The US distributed the grenade launcher in large numbers, about 1 for every three or four rifles. However, connecting the launcher to the M1 disabled that rifle's semi-automatic fire. One of the things the rules don't cover is that, at least for the US, the rifle grenade was treated as a squad level...

A CI from a leader can activate a LMG or rifle team both of which will generally have 6 dice resulting in 2 or 3 hits. A squad with more than two teams shouldn't be too uncommon. I'm working on the US Cavalry platoon which has a scout section with six teams. I'm not sure how that will translate to CoC.

So, I guess halftrack mounted team weapons don't get reduced firepower if only one member of the team is left (or the rest dismounted).

Do halftrack mounted MGs suffer from the only-one-crew rule? Tank mounted MGs don't.

I agree with Truscott. A team is an arbitrary unit of men often formed in an ad-hoc nature. It shouldn't be the basis of a damage system. When a US squad leader sends out his scouts, his squad now takes 50% more damage from a mortar strike. A dispersed squad should be less vulnerable, not more. Need...
