Page 73 in the Rules has me puzzled: Please note, the core Force Lists are of a lower points value than ‘buying’ them straight from the Rosters. This is designed to encourage the use of well-balanced forces. This doesn't appear the case, unless I am misunderstanding something or only the EIR Forces ...

On Page 6 of the Rules it says: Leaders may be named and ranked by Status, from Status I, the most junior, to the lofty heights of Status IV, a figure of some considerable standing. I can't see any mention of a Leader IV elsewhere, much less a cost. Leader I and Leader II appear to be three and six ...
