Re: At the Sharp End - the same number of killed on mens opi

Thanks, just shows waht use another read is. Re-reading after comments I agree, in the rush post game we could find anything and assumed was missing rather than correct.

Fire against stationary vehicles - Question for Rich/Monty

Really after Rich/Monty to answer this one, rather than opinions. When firing at vehicles you get a +1 of you have hit the target before and it has not moved. We have been assuming that the firer must also be stationary. Is this correct, or is it as written that only the target has to be stationary?...

Fixed arc guns - Overwatch and what counts as moving

What is the overwatch arc for a vehcile with a fixed gun? We assumed that they had the full 90 degress and could simply pivot to face the correct direction for the gun within the overwatch arc when they fired, or should they have a very limited overwatch arc (i,e, straight ahead?) What about their a...

At the Sharp End - the same number of killed on mens opinion

What do you roll on for this? There is a factor for more casualties than opponent, and one for less, but nothing for exactly the same. We have assumed for now that equal is the same as less casualties than the enemy.

Thanks

Re: ANTI‐TANK WEAPONS TEAM Resupply

We have assumed the same archdukek, if the ammo is avaliable it is bought up, if it is not thats it, no point hanging around or trying somewhere else, the ammo is not avaliable in the timeframe of the game in the immediate rear area.

Re: US paratrooper/Armored Rifle Platoon Question

I did an updated para organisation here (http://toofatlardies.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=2118&start=10#p16149) which included BARs as a support option. I also am planning on using the FOW paras, I actually already have them, they ave three M1918MGS and no BARs, but plan to supplement them with...

Smoke Grenades

Who should have these and how many?

I know it lists the German panzerjager team having them, but who else, and should there be a limit, or is it just the same as normal grenades, two phases of chucking them and you run out?

Handgranaren vs. buildings

How should you treat this? Just a -2 to the dice for heavy cover seems too little as this is the same as being behind a wall or in foxholes and a building seems better cover and harder to throw effective grenades at.

We ended up agreeing on a -3 to dice for buildings.

What do others think?

Firing Infantry AT at buildings

I can't find this in the rules, so just checking I haven't missed it, and our ruling seemed reasonable. I have to pay 1 CI as it is not firing at a vehicle, this is fine. We treated it as 2 HE dice as per stats. We used usual hit roll for small arms, and then reducded cover by 1 (heavy to light). Is...
