..in CoC:Abyssinia we rated the Breda as an Assault Rifle i.e. three fire dice. In our view it shouldn't attract the full fire dice complement of an LMG and the AR rating befits its fire output.

The ranking senior leader is only used when more than one platoon is on the table. He could represent the company commander, for example. Not really. You can have a RSL in a normal platoon size game. It just represents him being at the location of that platoon, be it as a part of a larger operation...
