Re: Official CoCulator

I've experienced their use several times and in a low level support game they are devastating. They are fast, hard to hit (who cares about armour not being hit is better) and open top is no deterrent as the main weapon doesn't expose the crew to even a sniper. Why would anyone take a crocodile, big ...

Re: Official CoCulator

Thanks Seret Thought speed would be something like that. So are we saying we use 16 for AP and 16 for HE (anti-infantry) or just add 16 once? To get either: 2 (armour) + 16 (AP) + 16 (HE) + 2 (Fast) + 0 (no secondary) +1 (small) + 1 (low profile) -1 (open top) for a total of 37 giving List 12. OR 2 ...

Re: Official CoCulator

I'm a little confused on calculating AFVs - particulary for flamethrowers. Is there no cost for Slow/Average/Fast speed? Also calculating falemthrower value - vehicles have AP and HE - the cost for the HE would seem to be 16 (full dice with cover reduction as per the HMG) but how do we calculate its...

I also agree - somehow they manage to be too simplistic and too fiddly.

Re: Looking for gaming clubs

The club in Holborn is the GLC
https://www.facebook.com/GLCGamesClub

It's dominated by Maurice and Longstreet games - not sure they do much (if any) WW2 but can't hurt to drop in if it's close. I haven't been for a couple of years so I could be wrong / out of date.

Re: Looking for gaming clubs

Hi Steve, I'm 2 minutes walk from Wood Street Station which is a 20 minute hop from Liverpool Street Station on the Chingford Line (every 15 minutes). Checking [the other]TFL: Canary Wharf Station to Wood Street Station is 45-47 minutes depending on tube links. Let me know if you're interested in me...

Re: Looking for gaming clubs

I'm in Walthamstow which is pretty definitively East London.

Although I play COC in 15mm (and a heap of other stuff in various scales of course). Currently we RPG on Thursdays but other weekdays are available.

Or if you're looking for clubs in the area there's Ilford (Sunday) or Loughton (Tuesday).

Re: German 5 cm mortar team

How do you get more than one 25mm circle inside a 40mm circle? Some weird non-Euclidean basing?
