Re: Couple more questions from tonight's game

I should point out that you know where your enemy's jump off points are, the appearance of troops near it should not come as a huge shock. Your patrols already told you there are bandits in that area.

Re: Berezina Bridgehead

Tom, I played that scenario with you. I'm not sure that the standard Attack-Defend set up wouldn't work. With the Germans on a single entry point on their table edge and the Soviets on the road about 12" in on their side of the river.

Worth a try.

Re: Berezina Bridgehead

Alan, the distance between the JOPs shouldn't matter. We regularly end up with ones isolated off on their own.

I am still convinced that the Patrol Phase could be incorporated. I just need a bit of time to think about stuff. At the moment in I am being swept along on a whirlwind!

Yeah, I reckon it would be a shoe-in to take the Algy system and transfer it across to Bag the Hun. I hope to get cracking on Algy soon, but am still catching up with all the CoC fun!

Re: Files Repository for TFL Rulesets.

Laffe is right.

I suppose that means I can do this stuff. But I am not exactly Mr Techno. In simple terms we need, as far as I can see it, a thread pinned somewhere prominent to which I can upload all of the official downloads as they are created. Is that correct?

Re: Couple more questions from tonight's game

Hi Gavin You asked the following questions. I am going to put my answer below within your text: Is it reasonable to not include teams on other floors of a building as targets when firing on a team? A: I take a fairly literal view of this. If they are on the adjacent floor then they are probably with...

Re: Hitting my head on the wall

On the Panzerschreck. The size of the charge is somewhat misleading when compared to armour piercing rounds from a tank gun. It is the way in which the round functions kinetically which makes the difference. All of the armour penetration data was taken from official test made both during the war and...

Comprehensive AFV Lists

Right chaps, I have decided that to ease the way for many of you to create your own force lists it would be a good idea to have one comprehensive AFV list divided down into nationality, years of service and the organised into Lists as per the main rules. This is clearly going to be a colossal task a...

Yes, I'd like to do it by year really. It'll be one hell of a job.
