Re: Deploy and Activate?

To be honest I think this is a nonsense discussion where the possibility of my unit being precisely 4.5" from an enemy jump off point, and an elite enemy unit deploying 4.5 inches behind them is so amazingly unlikely as to be utter bollocks. It's not even worth spending time talking about it.

Re: Jeeps with integral weapons?

My thoughts on a Horsa glider are that I don't have any thoughts on a Horse glider.

I shall discuss it with Sidney today as I head for Colours. Will you be heading down there on your tractor?

Re: Deploy and Activate?

How could it deploy "behind" an enemy? Presumably any enemy moving past a Jump-Off point would move across it and shut it down. Even if they then move on past it the enemy will need to physically recapture it in order to use it again. If, however, you move past an enemy Jump-Off point but fail to ac...

Re: Multiple nobles in a formation

Hi Stephen

1. He stays with the group and tags along, moving when they move, fighting when they fight.

2. He can't move twice, so he stays where he is. Good question!

3. Join yes, command no. You don't usurp the power of the Lord and survive!

Cheers

Re: Close combat & tanks

Infantry cannot assault AFVs in Chain of Command. They can chuck grenades into open topped vehicles, and that can include a tank with an open hatch if relevant. What infantry can do is attempt to drive off AFVs with their LMGs fired against vision ports and similar. More importantly, if you are an i...

Re: Allocating Command Dice

YOU DO NOT NEED TO ALLOCATE ALL OF YOUR COMMAND DICE BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTIONS. You can if you want, but you don't have to. For example, I may want to fire my MMG and then assault with my section. However, I fire the MG and roll badly getting no hits. In that case I decide to leave the infantry sect...
