I played IABSM in 6mm and its great, didn't need to change a thing. I can highly recommend it. Do a search for 6mm IABSM for inspiration. Well I didn't adjust the ranges at all, but you may want to. I would suggest cm instead of inches.

I've ran Big CoC on a 4x6 with 6mm, worked fine. I see no reason why you cant run normal CoC in 6mm on a smaller table.
