I think I probably got that bit wrong: proofing the cards for every scenario is always very tedious and I don't think I was using the amazing Mr Hodge at the time.
Give the Americans a Co HQ, and delete the Mortar Bonus for the Germans.

Hi Dan 1) Let common sense apply. I would say that most vehicles could shine a light if they want to...but, as you say, why would they want to? I think he would say that of course the vehicle can move and fire...but that it won't hit anything with any effect as the multiple gun isn't designed to be moved and fired...so fire away as much as you like, but you haven't done anything to the enemy.
