Very nice. Any chance of a copy of your platoon boards?
Sure! They're in PowerPoint. Just PM me your email address.

Re: Starting in CoC, looking for help on 15mm vs 20mm

I bought some Pendraken 10mm for IABSM French Indochina encounters but have been beguiled by the CoC rules set: I played a CoC game recently using the 10mm figures, but feel I need bigger figures. I can't afford 28mm (sadly) so the options seem to be either 15mm Eureka miniatures, which look v good...

In 1939 it seems to be made of two platoons with four MG each, and one with four 8 cm mortars.

Re: Action At Ustilug - Chain of Command Campaign

I don't know what Chris was referring to there, but since he wrote that the 1940 Blitzkrieg supplement has come out and it contains the current rules on cavalry.

Re: Finnish LMG team figures

One more thing - if you paint summer Finns as winter Finns you should use a darker color than what's recommended for the summer jacket. My current recommendations for the model 36 winter uniform are: 992 Neutral Grey 973 US Field Drab 903 Intermediate Blue 991 Dark Sea Grey 836 London Grey 994 Dark ...

Re: Finnish LMG team figures

Then there's Gaddis Gaming who have this set:

...while I'm not immediately impressed by their quality, the set seems to include both L/S 26 (second from left) and DP-28 (fifth from the left) gunners.

Re: Finnish LMG team figures

I'm no expert in 28mm figures but if you're looking for summer uniforms, Warlord seems to make an LMG gunner in their rifle squad set: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0255/0949/4864/products/WGB-FN-02-Finnish-Rifle-Squad-b.jpg He's bottom row, second guy from the right. He's wielding a Lahti-Salor...

Re: Help with Pre-Winter War Soviets

It looks like the Soviets reorganized their Rifle Divisions in September 1939 to the 15 man squads. Prior to that, they were using a 1935 organization looking something like this: (snip) In my Winter War campaign http://www.saunalahti.fi/~ejuhola/7.62/chainofcommand/WoNS_1-2/index.html I present bo...
