Re: 20mm and the US

It's also an issue of size. 20mm is pushing the scale size for me, but I like the looks of 20mm over 15mm

Re: 20mm and the US

28mm isn't an option for me for multiple reasons

Armor kits are too expensive (from what I've seen)
They require air brushing (just my opinion) and I don't have the space for it
And, 20mm is already pushing the scale size for me, so 28mm is just too big (for my tastes)

20mm and the US

So, after thinking about going 28mm and seeing the price tags, I'm sticking with 20mm Other than NWS Wargaming who sells PSC, who else, on the US side, sells 20mm ww2? I've heard Trumpeter makes some nice kits as do Armourfast. But, who online sells them? I guess I just don't know the "hot" online s...

Re: 28mm armor painting

So.....this scale is not cheap.

Not sure I want to spend $30 on 1 tank.

Re: 28mm armor painting

Thank you for all the comments and suggestions. It is up to me and I'm not wanting to paint models....I want to paint miniatures to play games with. If I wanted to model, I'd build a model kit and take the time to learning how to use an airbrush, but it does come down to just that. What am I aiming ...

28mm armor painting

So, it looks like I'm going to get back into this game as I moved and found a couple guys who play regularly, but they game in 28mm I could get away with painting my 15mm by hand. I'm going to assume that to get decent results in 28mm an airbrush is going to be needed? Friggin hated my experience wi...

Re: How big of a game can you play

Really appreciate the feedback. I do like CoC. The few times I played it left me wanting more, so it will always be in my new expanding game library. I do like armor, but not at the expense of having rules I don't enjoy. I prefer a more combined arms experience.
