Query on ‘Triggering’ Close Combat
Hi All, A search of the rules and this forum didn’t resolve a query that came up in a game we played last night so can you please give us your thoughts on the below situation... We had a Close Combat which the attackers won decisively and they advanced which resulted in them then being within 4” of ...

Re: Infantry support for BEF
Great looking figures. Looks like there’s been quite a bit of customisation to get these looking so good!
Cheers!

Re: some BEF support options
Great models lovely finishing technique they look fantastic. But IMO I wonder if we get carried away with ‘weathering’ Vehicles; rust, paint scratches, dirt etc. The campaign in France 1940 was short and initially carried out in good weather, here is a picture of a captured A10 in May 1940 (worldwar...

1/56 France 1940 Sdkfz 10/4
I'm continuing to build up support elements for my CoC France 1940 forces. I actually picked this Sdkfz 10/4 model up quite a while ago when War Time Miniatures were clearing out a lot of their 1/56 stuff so it was 'at the right price' i.e. really cheap. When I got my parcel it was put aside as ther...

Re: CoC 1/56 France 1940 Pz 38(t)...
Hi All, Thanks for your comments. The Pz 38(t) will get dusted up but I want to complete the other 1940 France Vehicles I have first so I ca treat them all at once 😊. I like the 1940 two tone gray/brown scheme gets away from the plain grey employed later. Problem was the colours were very similar an...

Re: Mortar Teams rolling Double 1s
Cheers Seret nice idea!
We’ll do the same for firing smoke, 2 of the 3 dice will determine ammo depletion the third (different colour) will be the targeting die if ammo is available.

Re: Mortar Teams rolling Double 1s
Ha we talked about this just last night so I looked up on the forum to see others thoughts. What we think we’ll do is if a light mortar wants to fire smoke it rolls 2D6 first to determine ammo depletion and then if that doesn’t occur rolls a single die for accuracy. Also we’ll go it’s only the type ...
