Re: Including teams as targets.

Siggian makes an interesting point about “Game Mechanics” and this is picked up by TT. I think that what is trying to be “simulated” (if that is the right word) is the inherit lack of fire control on the normal infantry soldier. In combat it would be normal to shoot at the people you can see, probab...

Re: Including teams as targets.

I agree with MLB on this.

It is clearly NOT the intention of the rules to create a "daisy chain" of units all teams within 4" of the next one in the line.

Re: Registration for CANCON 2019-Pacific Odyssey open

The Lard rolls on !

CANCON organisers have succumbed and released a second batch of entries. A number of these were immediately snapped up …. only 4 left and there will not be any more.

This promises to be the biggest Lardy event for some time.

Well done everyone for getting behind this Event.

CANCON 2019 – Progress

Well enrolments have been up for only a couple of days and already we only have 4 slots left. So, it is looking like Chain of Command continues to grow in popularity in Australia. At the 2019 CANCON we will continue the successful formula of running a “non-competitive” event amongst gentlemen gamers...

Re: Registration for CANCON 2019-Pacific Odyssey open

So all that needs to be done is for each of you so sort who will be on which side and the "rematch" will...

I have registered the event to run from Saturday 26/1 (Australia Day) to Monday 28/1 (Australia Day Holiday). There will be two games per day on Saturday and Sunday wi...

Re: Martlet campaign question

Re No 1 : Would these hedges block LOS to a Tank? I think I agree with Archdukek on this. The relevant rule is on P32 “Troops firing from, or to, an elevated position, … such as tanks, will have better visibility.”. So, it depends on how it is defined and agreed between players. As a guide we have ...
