I agree they are not much use, especially if the enemy has no vehicles. They provide cover to infantry (as recently discussed) but do not prevent infantry from crossing (maybe a linear obstacle depending on the type).

Roadblocks and Cover
General Question: Roadblocks and cover. An entrenchment is 1 support, and a Roadblock is 2 supports. I know a roadblock can be made of almost anything but generally because of the cost would one provide Hard Cover?
