Re: Scenario Book Troop Requirements

Robert,

Thanks for the reply. A friend showed me your Anzio book a while, back. I really like the lay out.

I saw on some of the AARs, however, that the Op Compass games (not surprisingly) can be rather one-sided. Does it get a little better once we near Bardia and Tobruk?

Scenario Book Troop Requirements

Hey all, thinking about diving into IABSM as my next project. I've been looking through the scenario books and have narrowed my choices down to Sicilian Weekend, Campaign for Greece, and Op Compass (I need a break from late war AND Normandy) From what I've ascertained through AARs and other blog pos...

Re: Making the switch from 15mm to 20mm...need some suggesti

I'm putting my CoC stuff together in 20s in well. I've always liked the bulkier feel of Britannia (available from Grubby Tanks). The range includes a variety of miniatures and a full range of vehicles, which are available painted for nominal extra cost. If the AB stuff was available as single figure...

Plastcraft EWAR ColorED Buildings

I recently picked up some of the 15-20mm EWAR ColorED buildings from Plastcraft.

I've put a little write-up about them on my blog.

Op Martlet Calvary

Hello all, I'm getting the last bits of terrain together for Operation Martlet and wanted some recommendations on a calvary/cross/shrine for scenario 1. I'm doing CoC in 20mm, but I don't mind if it isn't exactly the right scale. I saw some pictures of scratch-built ones elsewhere on the forum, but ...

Re: AWI 15mm v 28mm

Thanks for the replies, everyone! and keep them coming). Anyone have any photos of their 15mm SP games? Thomas - terrain storage is definitely something to consider. Monty - I had been pondering 10s this morning...it may be something to look into further (and I'm finishing up the review of the CoC a...

AWI 15mm v 28mm

Hey all, I'm considering putting together an AWI campaign for SP2 (either Virginia 1775, The Forage War '77, or Virginai '81) and really have no figures for the period, save 1 pack of Perry riflemen. I traditionally get 28s for my skirmish games, and I love the Perry AWI range, but I'm not sure if I...
