I’ve just tried to buy 2 sale itemsplatoon forward & blitskrieg 1940 for CoC
In both cases the prices were higher than the price in the shop.

I’ve used Hornblower TV series, for a frigate you would get no more than 10. So for SP use 8 plus a sergeant and perhaps a corporal. Supported by a number of seamen. I suppose it depends on the task.
