Don't the rules say you can deploy up to 2" from the area covered by the blind.This gives a bit more wiggle room and makes the Blind more of an approximation of location rather than "X marks the spot". Yes - I just read that. IABSM seems to rely on common sense far more than most rules sets - which...

A great many years ago, I played an umpired game of Squad Leader (not ASL) with separate boards as discussed. Much easier but less pretty with chits and hex boards but it still ranks as one of the best gaming experiences of my life.

TFL also sells Kriegsspiel... ;)

I am not a lawyer, but I think it would be fine for personal use. Selling copies would be an entirely different matter.

It's perfect bound so does not really fold over well. You may want to look into the print ready version of the PDF and have it printed and spiral bound locally.
