Combining Activation Dice?
Really wish there is an optional rule that allows you to put a 1 and a 2 together to make a three... Shooting is way too random at the moment.

Re: Russian maps and drawing program
For graphics editing, GIMP is an open licence (and much clumsier) version of Photoshop.

Re: There is any way standard infantry can close assault armor?
http://www.bergflak.com/images/H234.jpg As an ex-air force armourer I'm loving this excellently low-tech bomb rack too. What's the bet the gunner leaned out an released those manually? Considering that the fuses were pointing upwards, most likely. :D Also the bombs are attached to the rack via the ...

How much strike should HMGs have?
In early war British light tanks went into battle armed with .50 Vickers or 15mm BESA. French had AMR-35s with 13.2mm MG (Japanese had the licensed produced 13.2mm on their Type 92 light tanks). I'm wondering how much strike should these guns have?

I think in a laddered campaign where the Japanese player need to choose where his assets goes would balance out the army. Chain of Command really shines at having a good campaign builder.
