Re: Infamy, Infamy! at York - Fantastic!!

It’s 8 for Roman Warriors (legionaries and Auxilia) and 10 for Barbarian warriors (war bands). Barbarian skirmishes are in 6’s whilst Roman skirmishes are in 8’s. All cavalry are in 6’s.

Where appropriate to the race, there are javelin armoured skirmishes. Leaders as required!

Re: Lard Games at Shows

Nick and Rich are planning 2 Participation games at Salute - Infamy, Infamy and a Market Garden CoC game. I suspect that with II being published this year that will be the mainstay of their show games - of which Partizan is a regular date. As regards Hammerhead, even if Rich doesn’t demo, there are ...

Re: Couple Rules Questions

Answers: 1. Yes they can become a two man rifle team- beware not to over expose them or you will face a BTH for a team routed! 2. You can only kill what you can see so only 1 casualty possible. The exception is the Junior Leader who could be hit as he is assumed to be moving about. 3. Buildings can ...

Re: CoC Blitzkrieg game part deux

Nice report and the first game in the There are Many Rivers to Cross campaign is very interesting. You seem very aggressive with lots of close combat. If no softening up has taken place, no matter who wins the close combat it is usually very bloody for both sides and frequently sees lots of leaders ...

Re: Multi Targeting

When shooting, you need to pick a target whether this be one team or one section. Any hits scored are shared with any other teams or sections within 4" and visible to the firer.

Re: Jump Off Points

If you play "Big CoC" with 2 platoons a side then you will need 4 JOP's per side as each platoon will get two markers. These are a freely downloadable expansion for when players want to play 2 to 3 Platoons per side (one of which is usually Armour!). However for the core game, as has already been sa...

Re: German Late War Lists

They're in the Core rule book covering Heer, SS and Fallschmirjager. In addition many of the Pint Size Campaigns (PSC) detail Platoon structures for that specific campaign. If you've not tried a PSC yet, then I can heartily recommend Martlet (SS vs Brits. at the start ion Operation Epsom) and 29 Let...

Re: Question about removing shock

If you have a 3 and a 2 then the Leader can remove shock with the 3 as this doesn’t count as an unit activation and then activate the team to move and go tactical on the 2!
