Re: Cat/dog chasing it's tail - how to handle? or AKA circle of death!

My opponent has a T34 and BT7 against my Pz3 and Pz4. Both of his are fast. My tactics so far are to close my two tanks together and cover each other's back. In one game he managed to get directly behind me, but good drive dice let me pivot 180 in place and blow him up. Next time he might keep more ...

Re: Summer Special Ohio Indians

I plan on using the 6-man unit for all the periods, it seems to fit better.

Re: Decisions, decisions...

Sorry, been away. Yes, all he had left was regular troops, so they were blocked. But I thought only the primary DP triggered a morale test when over-run?

Decisions, decisions...

British secondary deployment point is located behind a low stone wall. American group of skirmishers moves up to the opposite side of the wall, effectively denying its use to the British (no skirmishers left off-board). On their next activation, the skirmishers had a tough decision. Jump over the wa...

A vile Khazi who shows opposition to highway and drainage improvement programmes? Out here we call them NIMBY's.

Re: Couldn't place a deployment point?

Blue got tricky and took a survey officer also (trained that kid too well), so he is already deploying close to me!

Re: Couldn't place a deployment point?

My table is 3' 8" wide, so not terribly narrower. I think the problems was I really wanted it across the table (historical scenario calls for attackers from both sides), but the 30" exclusion zone from the 2 widely-spaced blue DPs cuts off a large portion of the board. Maybe I'll change the scenario...

Re: Couldn't place a deployment point?

Hi All, Maddoc, this scenario automatically gives Blue two DP, which must be placed according to dice rolls. The table must be significantly narrower than 4', since a bit of geometry tells me that there should be a strip of the table edge to the right of red's DP where the movable DP will go. Sespe...

Couldn't place a deployment point?

I'm setting up for Scenario 6, and I chose my normal support of a moveable deployment point. But when it came time to put it on the board, there was no room! My board is slightly narrower than 4 feet wide, but even with measuring six ways I couldn't find a good spot. Blue chose point 1 for his main ...
