I am down to my last half dozen boxes to check on the todo list (of which the last one is the index, which I will do *while* my alpha team get a first pass proofing copy) plus two or three first pass playtests.

ETA's are invidious things, but definitely before Easter :D

Nope - the hybrid game was being run by 1st Corps. The Pacific one was 20mm scaled up IABSM.

As an aside we also found that when fighting a Shieldwall it is better to get a Shock result than a Kill, as the first kill is ignored. Seems a bit weird? Shock's a bit of an abstraction of morale etc, but yes, that's intended behaviour. And this is why A Strong Arm is a really handy tactic for dea...

No, that's exactly how it's meant to be played.

Having had a good trawl through the rulebook I see your point though - added to the 'things to clarify in the Compendium' list.
