Re: FOLGORE ORGANISATION

Hi, I found this time ago, not sure if it is reliable: This is the battalion organization in late 1942. I have modified it to reflect what we know of the changes the Folgore did in A.S. I don’t know whether Folgore battalions had all these battalion elements, but it is likely. The battalion would ha...

Re: What to do about Zero (Sen that is) or what to do about the Hineri-Komi … your thoughts?

I agree with you, the Zero would be able to use Hineri Komi. In this interview https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=824I_anxW-w , Saburo Sakai says the Zero was very agile in VERTICAL maneuvers, loops and the like. Curiously, Zero´s roll rate was worse than a P-40, for instance, so it is not as good in a...

Miniarons' minis are modelled by Xan from Xan Miniatures, so you can expect the same quality as Xan's own minis.

Re: Mortar minimum ranges....not saying we should change the rules

They shouldn't be if you're talking indirect fire. But what you're talking about here is using medium mortars for direct fire, which is a whole different kettle of fish. Personally I've put direct fire 82mm mortars on support lists for Soviets as they did have units that were equipped with mortars ...

Re: Snr Leader in tank firing multiple MMG

This is my opinion, I am sure others don´t agree:
- The HMG and coaxial MMg are linked, so shoot with 8 dice (6+2)
- The hull MMG shoots with 6 dice.

This costs 2 activations, so any tank junior leader can order it.

The turret can shoot a target and the hull MMG a different target.
