Re: A Swedish Wargames Army WW2 period

The backpack is one if the reasons the Rollaone blog author suggests using Italians. The 15mm Flames of War ones dont have backpacks. But you do have to do conversions for the various MGs.

Re: Soviet winter war vehicles

Wow, thanks so much for the great list. I'd read the T-27 had a lot of problems with snow so guessed it wouldn't have been used much. You said almost all, but it looks like that was all of the vehicles on the list. Is there one from the 39-40 list that you didn't list? This is for some what-if "...

Soviet winter war vehicles

Which of the vehicles in the Soviet 39-40 list were used in the Winter War?

Also, the T26 37mm gun is in the list. Is that still a twin turret model? I couldn't mfnd reference to a 37mm single turret model.

Thanks

Re: SP/ECW folk horror

I've certainly been there stood in this style of gaming for some time so would be very interested in seeing what you come up with, especially in adopting folk horror into a historical game.

Looking to trade support options

Since CoC usually only needs 1-2 of each of the support options, I'm guessing there are many armies out there with extras. So in hopes of trading my extras for your extras in 15mm... Want: (NOTE: all requests for Italian figures are for Fucilieri) 1 Schwarzlose MMG or Browning 30 cal M1917 or Browni...

Representing engineers?

How do you represent the engineer teams like demo, wire & mine clearing, specifically in 15mm if you don't have actual engineer figures? I'd like to have at least 1 figure of in each team to indicate what kind of engineer team it is. Demo figures would be pretty easy, just putty up a satchel cha...

Re: How do you indicate special individual weapons?

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have mentioned that this is for 15mm figures. & to make it more difficult, some squads I'm doing have both SMGs & assault rifles in the same group, so both need to be visually distinguishable within the same squad.

How do you indicate special individual weapons?

By that i mean things like SMGs and assault rifles that dont have teams?

They need to be identified to know if they have LOS to the target. But non-team weapons would be hard to see 2-3' across the board.

Thanks

Re: CoC support list

Thanks all for the good info. So, it sounds like not only wouldn't I need multiples of the same vehicle, but I might get away with only 1 vehicle in each support level, if that. I guess I'll stop following all those tank auctions on ebay now. I figured the reason there were no command vehicle was be...

CoC support list

Hi, about how many of the support options would you recommend making available for an initial starter force? And how many instances of each option? Having more of the cheaper options and fewer of the higher options sounds like a good idea. Obviously, we're all completists, and want them all. But rea...
