Re: Charge/Melee Questions

Guys - could the heavies do an opportunity charge to intercept the attackers before they reached their target?

Re: 2020 Lard Magazine

I noticed that there are two Waterloo scenarios listed. Are they for Sharp Practice or GdA?

Re: Battalion level WW2 Now called "O" Group or the story of "Oooooh"

I use bases with dice holders to mark casualties for units in my GdA games. I also use a different color die for each brigade, so I can tell them apart. Works really well - probably will do the same fo the OG companies.

Re: scenario four : a delaying action

Unfortunately setting a number of phases or turn in CoC is a little difficult, with the variable turns and rate of movement. I suppose I could set a number of gaming hours - basically, take the objective before the session is over. TT - I do see your point about the issue of the defender’s morale co...

Re: scenario four : a delaying action

We are about to play the second scenario in the 29 Let’s Go campaign, which is the delaying action. Given that the Germans are trying to hold back the American advance for as long as possible, there is a certain logic in the defender getting at least a minor victory by preventing the attacker from r...

If it’s a choice between fast and accurate, I choose the latter. With the limited hard drive space in my brain these days, the fewer errata and addendums there are, the better! Dave & Rich - we certainly aren’t trying to rush you on this project; but, to let you know how excited we are about playing...

Re: Battalion level WW2 Now called "O" Group or the story of "Oooooh"

Dave: I understand completely about the postage times issue, especially in light of the pandemic. Would there be a chance of releasing the pdf version prior to the rollout of the hard copies? For me, postage cost is somewhat restrictive anyway; so, all my TFL purchases have been PDFs anyway. Regards...
