Re: Question about "Ambush"

Agree with Munin the team is in fact broken and therefore needs to stay on the table and fall back. If not rallied by turns end it will suffer the normal fate. If you choose to remove it you are removing a broken unit and therefore I will say it needs to suffer its fate in the same manner as turns e...

Re: Blitzkeig 1940 book

PDF works fine for me, printed it out and use that as the quick reference and the digital for reading in bed as stated by moiterei_1984.

Re: Over watch and panzerfausts

I would go one step further and say if you put a section on overwatch and they fire at an infantry target I will not include the faust carrying man in the fire fight as he would have readied himself with a faust just in case an armored vehicle should arrive. Alternatively state at the point you put ...

Re: Pre Game Sequence

Well the Lardies have just played Taking the Gembloux Gap part 5 and the way they played it was. 1. Dice for and select supports 2. Dice for Force Morale 3. Place Patrol Markers and make free moves, if any 4. Play Patrol Phase 5. Place JOP's 6. Place fixed defenses. ? N\A 7. Adjust Engineer section/...

Re: 20mm German SS Oakleaf - Opinions sought

In my opinion the splotches are to far apart and I would have a few smaller ones between the larger ones there is to much of the brown showing.

But looking much better.

Well The Tactical Painter is about to attempt round 2 so that will have to do. It is just as exciting.

Re: JOP clarification

To re capture it you need to come to within 4" of it correct so if the enemy has moved off that is not a problem. What if they are still within 4" to one side of the JOP and you come to within 4"from the other side then both are within 4"of it who ones it now. Must he be eliminated or routed from JO...

Re: Strengthening and cosolidating defences

Thank you gents. I was thinking it was like Munin stated but what was confusing me was the turn moving on or not. ATSE states one would do it so that wounded men could return but men only return if the turns keep moving on. So consolidating works the same as scenario 1 but only on main defenses tabl...

Strengthening and cosolidating defences

I know this has been dealt with before but I just can't seem to find a clear thread where I can get clarity. I thought I understood it but now I've lost it. Scenario 1 Player one wins campaign turn one on table one. He wins campaign turn 2 on table 2 and therefore needs to move to table 3 for campai...
