Re: Always getting logged out
Some links on the forum go between HTTPS and HTTP though you won't necessarily notice anything different other than being logged out. What's actually happening is that the session cookie belongs to one or the other and each time you switch to the opposite your session isn't picked up. Best to try an...

Re: I’ve opted for the all auxiliary force...
'over-egged' ? No such thing for a wargamer... You'll find a use for all those figures someday ;) OK I take it back, I ended up with a sprue of auxilia, a sprue of aux cavalry and an unopened pack of balaeric slingers spare, I decided against those in the end. This little lot is going to take some ...

Re: I’ve opted for the all auxiliary force...
I’ve ordered my Victrix auxiliary force, plus some Warlord auxiliary archers and a bolt thrower (I’ll convert some crew into auxiliary crew) Plus I’ve got the movement trays from Charlie Foxtrot. Is it correct that Auxiliaries can choose to fight in skirmish formation? And if so do I need different...

Re: Buildings in Infamy, Infamy!
I think as long as it doesn't have any features that make it too 'viking' they would be interchangeable otherwise. At least it wouldn't look completely out of place.alanincanberra wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 2:06 amWould Germanic buildings be greatly different from Dark ages Viking ones ? Largely wood mud and thatch?

Re: ANCIENT SHARP PRACTICE - INFAMY! INFAMY!
Sorry guys, probably asked and answered before, but what group sizes should I be planning for in my purchases.. ? AFAIK 'Barbarian' infantry = 10 Roman Legions, Auxilia and Psiloi(lights) = 8 Chariots = 4? Cavalry ??? 'Barbarian' light troops? 6 or 8? Romans 8s all the time. Barbarians 10s in group...

Re: ANCIENT SHARP PRACTICE - INFAMY! INFAMY!
Does this base look too big? It's a 35mm by 60mm, but 2p's look too small for lone cavalry These are from the Victrix Roman General sprue, so will be "Big Men" on the battlefield, so they want to be look important and leader-y. This one is the Primus Pilus, or a generic Senior Centurion, there's al...

Re: Disciplinary et Virtus plastic armies?
I've assembled mine now, the optio doesn't have a dedicated body in the kit so you use one from the infantry frame. I assembled: 1x Centurion (specific body and parts for him) 1x Optio (infantry body and command frame parts) 1x signifier (specific body and parts) 1x music fella (specific body and pa...
