As for the Infantry Gun, it also provides a certain amount of AT - often useful, expecially in earlier stages of the war.

1) A BAR isn't an LMG, so I'd say no

2) Applying the action to a section of mortars seems fair. But, per command initiative, only one national characteristic.

The KVs and the T34 may have been unexpected, but there were still lots of lighter tanks. I normally require the CO to use a CP to activate it (if within command radius). It should be one of his main concerns, so it should take up some of his attention. As you say, you can also use cards to activate it.

Foundry do 15mm?
