Dux B is as much a campaign system as a set of generic rules. I'd say that they would address different situations.

I'm intrigued to know if it was actually used. How long was the hose? I suppose the vehicle might back up behind some cover allowing the crewman on foot to use it. But it's hardly going to be a common situation.

Given the limitations on arc of fire - you aren't going to be able to fire straight ahead - being able to target two enemy in one phase seems unlikely. Probably a more effective weapon on the wargames table then in real life, I suspect. Given the thin armour and crew's likely fear of an explosion, I...
