It seems sad that an allied victory would still result in them dying to a man, so I vote for an unhistorical surprise evacuation. I've never minded abit alternate history to create a more compelling story :-].

Possibly is ment to be the Flak, I just heard bunker buster and Belgium and my brain just went to the specialised 21cm morser shells for bunker busting which were apparently used against afew fortresses in Belgium during the invasion. I could be wrong though, this isn't my theatre of expertise.

If an Oberleutnant had asked his CO for the specialised ammunition from a 21cm siege mortar to be used against an enemy infantry section in the field. I feel (and would hope) that his CO would slap him around the head and tell him to stop being silly and trying to waste specialised and rare military...

Improvised Fighting Vehicles

Hey guys
I was wondering if there was any special rules regarding the use of technicals, portees and other improv FVs or should I just wing it with the coculator?
Has anyone had experience with using them in a game?

That doesn't necessarily mean they weren't an elite fighting force, it just means they were defeated. ;-]
Lots of elites go down fighting.

Or you can hear the whistle of a 1000kg bomb from a Stuka, although I think 70mm RHA would struggle with that too. ;-]

Not that I know of. I am under the impression it just affects List cost.
70mm armour is 70mm armour even if there's no roof. :-]

For Ram Kangaroos I would just use 7 armour, for priest kangaroos I've seen reports that the crew protection was improved from the standard SPG ( I don't know by how much mind) but a value of 5 doesn't seem unreasonable.
