Tank over-runs

Hi, as per 13.2 a team that is contacted by a tank has to roll 1D6 against its shock and if it's equal or below then 1D6 men will be crushed by the tank. Isn't this too harsh?. First seems this may happen in any kind of terrain (btw, would this happen on tanks running into buildings too?), we forbid...

However, the bigger question seems to me to be that fact that the gentleman concerned is condemning a set of rules because he disagrees with one AP stat for one specific weapon. This is rather hurling the baby out and keeping the bathwater! Rich I even know people who condemn rulesets if they lose ...

Night Rules

How would you manage night scenarios?.

With the upcoming Pegasus bridge coming soon I see several games Normandy 44 coming about the paras landing with a lot of night actions. So, any changes to the rules would be appropiate?.

There's also the option in the advanced rules that a leader has to be in sight of a unit to activate it.

BTW, a full russian squad on ambush can be very damaging. But that's also fine by me. Russians good at ambushing and terrible on maneouvring and operating on the battlefield.

To be honest I do not see too much difference. As Francisco already points, it could take just one initiative putting all the squad in overwatch. But the squad couldn't do anything else, so having the full squad "overwatching" just one direction is in fact a huge limitation which I think highlights ...
