Russian squad tactics for the Big One...

Hey all, does anyone have any links to any guides on Soviet squad level tactics in WW2? This is a subject that seems to be rarefied, and rare, as communist hen's teeth. I have the Troops Weapons &Tactics section on Red Army tactics, but it was a little too general and somewhat confusing. Any help ou...

Re: Chain of Command Warhammer 40k

I'd be interested in looking at these rules, once you post a link to a page that actually has them.

Re: What a Tanker 40,000

I love how people post links to sites that no longer exist...this is the fourth one I've found this morning where the link goes to something else like an online real estate page.

Re: Where IS Lard Island

St. Albans? Wasnt that a series of British movies about a girls school full of recidivist pupils with a flair for arson and lower forms of thuggery? ?

Where IS Lard Island

As long as I am on a roll questions -wise, (Idle hands are the Danni's workshop and all that) I have been wondering for a while now where the fabled Lard Island is located? Is it somewhere in Yorkshire, run by burly Yorkshire lads who serve Yorkshire pies with creamy lard -filling on the side? Or it...

Re: And this brings me to my next question-mashing COC with IABSM

John-I dunno, I think I'll have to sample some more eggnog/lard in many, many shotglasses just to get a fair sampling...I'll get back to you on that.

And this brings me to my next question-mashing COC with IABSM

Just a quick (really!) follow-up question-wasn't there an article in one of the Specials about merging with IABSM with COC? Or am I still working off the residual effects of lard and egg-nog mixers over the holidays? But I could have sworn that I saw guidelines somewhere on how to do just that...

Mashing COC with TW&T

Hey all, I was glancing over my copies of "B'Matso" and the PLO vs Israeli in Lebanon books for TW&T, and I was wondering how would a bright and eager-eyed young lass such as myself go out adapting the one with the other rule-set? I know there was an article written for one of the specials on adapti...

Re: Using The September War for COC

In the case of the Poles vs Germans, maybe green vs green for the first encounter or two, then after the initial real-life learning curve, snap both forces back to their regular or even higher status?

New firing charts for Kriegspeil

Hey I was wondering if there ever any alternate firing charts drawn up for kriegspiel? There are the Prussian ones, then there is an knock-off for the British army called "1815". How would charts for other armies such as Italy or America be handled? Also, does any bright sparks on here have any noti...
