Try a two-part epoxy adhesive - but be aware that an old version will lose its "sticking" properties.

In campaigns it is often set much higher 16 -19 is not uncommon. However as you get more units it becomes harder to activate them all as you only have the same number of dice. I’ve gone back to wearing shorts: don them for most of the summer. Pretty much all year round for me, here in the UK; seldom wear long trousers unless we are going somewhere formal.
