Re: Convoy to Kotelnikovo (CoC)

I must say I took a bit of a shortcut with the vehicles: save one or two they are all pre-painted die cast models. Nothing wrong with that - I own hundreds of diecast tanks. I try to keep but improve the original paint job, unless it is horrible. Of course when there are multiple vehicles with the ...

Re: Convoy to Kotelnikovo (CoC)

We kicked off the Winter Storm campaign with the "04:30 to Kotelnikovo" scenario, replacing the train with a convoy of trucks. It took me a while to collect the required forces but now we can play all 22 scenarios in the book! Nice report and very interesting! I've looked at Winter Storm and the fi...

Re: Multiple leaders potentially hit

We roll 2d6, a 1 means that one leader has been hit. We then roll an additional 1d6 to see which leader was hit, higher roll means higher-ranking leader was hit.

Re: Action At Ustilug - Chain of Command Campaign

In the Ustilug campaign for Table 1, the Germans as Attackers gain 5 support points for each game that is played for the table. Is that cumulative? Yes, the way I read it is that the first time both sides get 1d6 support points (which have to be taken from Lists 1 to 3 in the confusing manner indic...

Re: Starting in CoC, looking for help on 15mm vs 20mm

I bought some Pendraken 10mm for IABSM French Indochina encounters but have been beguiled by the CoC rules set: I played a CoC game recently using the 10mm figures, but feel I need bigger figures. I can't afford 28mm (sadly) so the options seem to be either 15mm Eureka miniatures, which look v good...
