Re: Eastern Front 1941 Scenarios

Oh yes you can also take a look at the Action at Ustilug and Battle of Kharkov PSCs, they're for CoC.

Re: Eastern Front 1941 Scenarios

If Big Chain of Command suits you then the Skirmish Campaign books can be useful but they need a bit of converting (you need to add enough troops to make a full infantry platoon, they always have only a few squads). Here's one scenario we've played (the game system was not CoC though but could have ...

Anyone have a favorite manufacturer for premade 15-20mm urban terrain?
Conflix is nice but very hard to get nowadays and very limited range. I also use lots of Flames of War buildings in 20mm scale. Hovels have a service where you can buy their great buildings prepainted.

Re: Stuka/Pre Game Bombardment

The PSC describes the historical events and it appears the Germans employed exactly this strategy at Perbais. Bombardment followed by Stuka attack. Right, that would work - first the bombardment then Stukas. I'd say however that in CoC terms however the bombardment would have no effect, having take...

Re: Stuka/Pre Game Bombardment

I think in real life Stukas would not attack an area already under artillery bombardment. There would be a chance of being hit by friendly shell fragments. Also the target would be obscured by dust from the artillery shell strikes.

Re: Negative Force Ratings and Big Chain of Command

Allright, I'm glad you've found the solution already. I didn't think to look back to 2015 for one. I quite like the first way of doing this. Many thanks guys!

Negative Force Ratings and Big Chain of Command

Right. So I’m confused about Big Chain of Command support points when the force ratings are negative. In my scenario I have one infantry platoon defending while two infantry platoons plus one armored platoon are attacking. Not a good situation I know. But wait, it gets worse… --- When Force Ratings ...

Re: A15 Crusader II CS?

In come of the arsenal tables online, the A9 CS has HE 7. Any reason the A15 would not be similar? Well yes. The A9's 3.7" HE shell weighs 9.1 kilos whereas that of A15's 3" howitzer weighs about 6.3 kg. So in all likelihood the A9 produces a bigger bang. The A15 would have HE 6, as rated also for ...
