Re: Charge Halt and Volley Result

J,

It's instead of a volley - the 4/5/6 CD are there to reflect an almost toe to toe close range volley!

Re: GaG Scenarios with Pickett's Charge

J,

Or you could use:

10 - 12 = 2 bases
12 - 16 = 3 bases
16 - 20 = 4 bases
20 - 24 = 5 bases
24 - 30 = 6 bases
30 - 36 = 7 bases
36 - 40 = 8 bases.

I'm sure they'll all work out.

Re: Demoralisation levels

De-P, That's a good tactic! And yes, not one I'd considered either. Technically, as none of your brigade units have dispersed the brigade is not demoralised. Re: Battles of the 100 Days - Scenarios

That's right - the delay is my fault - a fuller product is required!

I'm also getting distracted by WW2 rules design!

However, I have a pile of Waterloo campaign books on my desk so ploughing on this week!

Re: Chickamunga Scenario in TFL Mag Question

J,

It just marks the maximum forward deployment the Confederates may take up, (no fence).

Re: Fire Discipline, Mixed Brigade and Skirmish Tasking Questions

That's right - any unit that carried out any action in the Charge phase, (however slight) can perform no further actions (firing. move, etc) for the rest of the turn.
