Re: More Rivers To Cross PSC

Since there is such a divergence of opinion I pasted the question on CoC facebook with the hope that Big Rich might see it. https://2.bp.blogspot.com/-W17GC93zR9o/XOqZK0fGdNI/AAAAAAAANoE/1U80l7JYO4A5Zpo4qPP35A4PlVu7ESvXgCK4BGAYYCw/s400/IMG_1448.jpeg I have also posted the AR from turn 2 of the campa...

Re: A Couple of Questions re Covering Fire

Thanks. All seems reasonable and that is how we played it.

A Couple of Questions re Covering Fire

A couple of questions came up re Covering Fire. When you roll 3d6 CD and the turn ends, do all the pinned markers, smoke etc get pulled off at the beginning of the 1st phase or at the end of the 1st phase. If so is Covering Fire included thus removed. Also if a section is under Covering Fire with -1...

Re: More Rivers To Cross PSC

I've yet to study this particular campaign so forgive me if this is nonsense, but is not the knowledge of that possibility a good reason for the defender to withdraw and thus give ground before the attacker wears him down too far to mount a viable defence. John My guess would be that the defender i...

Re: More Rivers To Cross PSC

I am not sure still about this. Let us look at it from the view of the defender. If I was the attacker and decimated the defender in a turn, it is pretty likely that I would BK the next table, especially if my force was relatively intact. Here is the relevant passage: Blitzkrieg When the Germans win...

Re: More Rivers To Cross PSC

In this PSC, the Germans are able to Blitzkrieg, moving straight to the next table in the same Campaign Turn and using the survivors of their base platoons and support units. There is no mention of what the French have. Do they fight/defend with what they were left with or do they choose a new plat...

Re: Battles of the 100 Days - Scenarios

We played it as written, the French have 5 ADC's.

Re: Ammunition markers for special weapons

Thanks, I knew you had a post on your blog. Interesting read. I have done the same with mini dice in holders as you have done but then drifted back to using the red shock markers. Unsure why. I acutually used red dice for shock, changed them to yellow for pinned and then to black for rout. I am acua...

Re: Ammunition markers for special weapons

Really nice, remind me how you indicate shock. I can not see a reference on your website.

Re: Number of Skirmish units

Thanks John, I did enjoy myself!

So that would be 2 SK units of 5 bases each. So 10CD with Skirmish tasking.
