Re: Best bridge scenario support question

We played this scenario last year and it was a fun game. The whole thing with the bazooka shooting the the ammo dump is the obvious of not getting up close to the objective. It actually took the second bazooka team to get a hit. The organic team was wiped out. So to answer your question, yes the dem...

Re: Late War Hungarian list

Oh man...this is awesome! A lot of ooooh's and aaaaah's here. I've been slowly collecting Hungarian army figures for a year and half. Mostly waiting on the Dog Tag Mini Kickstarter to be done. Finally got those figures a few months back. Like most, I too had the early war lists...this is better for ...

Re: Beutepanzer Use

I was referring to the variety of French vehicles used...not a Tiger II. Nothing spectacular, but adds a nice flavor to the game, whether on the Eastern Front of in Normandy.

Questions about the Battering Ram

This afternoon, we played a game for scenario #8, "Attack on Fortification". It was Romans which had the fortification and the German's objective was to either breech the main entrance or a place in the palisade. Ok, cool...so the Germans bought the battering ram for 3-points. From the definition on...

Re: Lets talk about Surly Troops

Hello Don,
Great insights for the Surly troops. That makes good sense in deploying them and rolling dice and outcomes. It would have to be determined by the Barbarian leader, of in this case the Roman leader, if they will deploy together or separately for the SN to be established.

Thanks again!

Re: River Crossing

Our game last night, we placed a river and ran it across the table with the ford in the middle. We agreed upon making the river broken ground. It worked fine. I think it's about what you want to get out of your game. With this being the first time playing with a river, didn't want the whole fight ce...
